Upright: a starting interpretation

Use disagreement or competition to learn without turning it into a personal battle. The keywords competition, disagreement describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

Competition may be obscuring a shared goal or making every difference feel personal.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

What is this disagreement teaching me about how we work together?

Bring it into a spread

Agree on one common goal before debating the method.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
