Upright: a starting interpretation

Value steady follow-through while checking that routine has not become inflexible. The keywords reliability, steady effort describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

Reliability may have become a routine that no longer responds to changing needs.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

Which routine is useful, and which one needs an update?

Bring it into a spread

Keep a reliable habit but adjust one part that has stopped helping.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
