Upright: a starting interpretation

Review an overloaded responsibility and choose what to delegate or set down. The keywords responsibility, overload describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

Responsibility may have become a load you no longer need to carry alone.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

Which obligation can I delegate, reduce or finish?

Bring it into a spread

List your commitments and renegotiate one that exceeds your capacity.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
