Upright: a starting interpretation
Notice what gives you energy and what is already working. The keywords clarity, enjoyment describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.
Reversed: a question to explore
A positive moment may be hard to enjoy, or enthusiasm may be hiding a practical limit.
A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.
A question for your journal
What is working well enough to recognize without pretending everything is settled?
Bring it into a spread

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
