Upright: a starting interpretation

Consider whether leaving an unfulfilling pattern would support your values. The keywords departure, searching describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

Leaving may need preparation, or staying may reflect habit rather than commitment.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

Bring it into a spread

Describe what you would need to change before deciding to stay or leave.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
