Upright: a starting interpretation
Review evidence, consider everyone affected and own your part. The keywords fairness, responsibility describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.
Reversed: a question to explore
An interpretation may be favoring your own position before all the evidence is considered.
A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.
A question for your journal
What evidence would change my view, and whose perspective have I left out?
Bring it into a spread
Review the facts with everyone affected before deciding how to respond.
Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
