Upright: a starting interpretation

Examine secrecy, strategy or avoidance and choose a more honest approach where possible. The keywords strategy, secrecy describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

A strategy may depend on avoiding a conversation you could handle more openly.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

What am I leaving unsaid, and what would a more honest approach involve?

Bring it into a spread

State a difficult constraint plainly rather than relying on someone not noticing it.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
