Upright: a starting interpretation

Experiment with a sustainable balance rather than an all-or-nothing decision. The keywords balance, adjustment describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

An attempted balance may still be too extreme or difficult to sustain.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

What adjustment could I repeat comfortably rather than perfectly?

Bring it into a spread

Test a smaller change to a routine for a week and review how it feels.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
