Upright: a starting interpretation
Choose a practical structure and a boundary that supports your priorities. The keywords structure, boundaries describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.
Reversed: a question to explore
Helpful structure may have become rigid, or responsibilities may need clearer boundaries.
A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.
A question for your journal
Which boundary would give this situation more stability without closing off discussion?
Bring it into a spread
Set a clear responsibility or deadline and explain why it matters.
Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
