A figure faces the horizon from a high viewpoint, surrounded by three wands.

Upright: a starting interpretation

Look beyond your current work and consider what expansion would require. The keywords expansion, foresight describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

Waiting for growth may need clearer expectations or a revised plan.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

What must be ready before I expand beyond my current work?

Bring it into a spread

Check whether the people, time and materials needed for a next stage are available.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
