Upright: a starting interpretation
Separate what you can influence from changing circumstances. The keywords change, adaptability describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.
Reversed: a question to explore
Trying to control every change can hide the choices that are still available.
A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.
A question for your journal
Which part of this change can I influence, and which part must I adapt to?
Bring it into a spread
Make a plan with an alternative for one circumstance you cannot control.
Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
