Upright: a starting interpretation

Turn a broad creative vision into responsible leadership and practical decisions. The keywords vision, leadership describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

Leadership may be becoming control when a vision leaves no room for others.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

How can I give a clear direction and still invite useful disagreement?

Bring it into a spread

Explain the purpose of a project and ask someone to challenge a weak assumption.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
