Upright: a starting interpretation

Recognize your persistence while allowing rest and appropriate support. The keywords persistence, recovery describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

Caution after difficulty may be preventing recovery or a reasonable request for help.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

What have I learned from persistence, and what support do I now need?

Bring it into a spread

Keep one useful precaution while allowing time to rest.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
