Upright: a starting interpretation

Decide which position is worth defending and where a boundary would help. The keywords conviction, boundaries describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

Defending everything may be using energy that belongs with one important boundary.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

Which position matters enough to defend, and which disagreement can I release?

Bring it into a spread

Explain one boundary clearly without trying to win every argument.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
