Two figures are chained beneath a horned figure; the loops around their necks appear loose.

Upright: a starting interpretation

Notice a limiting habit or attachment and identify one choice that restores agency. The keywords attachment, patterns describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

A familiar attachment may feel unavoidable even when a small choice remains.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

Which habit limits my choices, and what would loosen its hold?

Bring it into a spread

Change one cue in a routine that repeatedly pulls you away from your priorities.
