Upright: a starting interpretation

Choose a small restorative action that supports realistic hope. The keywords hope, renewal describe a theme to examine in your present situation. Compare that theme with something you have actually noticed; it need not explain every part of your question.

Reversed: a question to explore

Hope may need a practical act of care rather than another reassuring promise.

A reversal can suggest an inward, blocked or overemphasized theme. It does not automatically mean the opposite of the upright card. Decide whether it fits the question and the position you chose.

A question for your journal

What small action could restore some energy or confidence?

Bring it into a spread

Choose a restorative routine you can actually repeat, such as a quiet walk or an unfinished conversation.

Choose your positions before drawing. Use Situation / Obstacle / Next step to keep the meaning connected to your question. Your own observations can differ from these notes.
